Who we are
We are Brian Shapley and Rob Marshall and we are specialists in handling the affairs of the deceased and drafting Wills. We created the PWS in 2003 because we felt there was a need for a specialised, efficient and convenient service to help people with Probate applications for a very reasonable fee.

We know how distressing it is to lose someone you love. So we do everything we can for you to ease the burden of dealing with their affairs. We handle every situation efficiently and sensitively, to relieve you of what can be a worrying and difficult task.
If you need to apply for Probate, there are strict procedures to follow, places you need to contact and often quite complex forms to fill in before you are allowed to distribute the estate. We can do it for you - in fact we can take on the whole process of settling the affairs of the deceased.

- visit you wherever it is possible to explain what needs to be done
- apply for your Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration
- do all the paperwork for you and keep you up to date
- take care of everything - the whole process from start to finish

Will writing
We are members of the Institute of Professional Will Writers, so we also offer a Will writing service.
We can:
- help you plan how your money, possessions and property will be distributed when you die
- make sure your beneficiaries don't pay unnecessary tax
